Our Leadership Team

André Nauer has been CEO of ISS Switzerland since 2003. Under his leadership, ISS has become the leading provider of integrated facility management services in Switzerland and the second-largest national subsidiary of the ISS Group. André Nauer joined ISS in 1998 as a regional director and became a member of the executive board of ISS Switzerland in 2000. He studied hotel management and gained extensive management experience in the hospitality industry before joining ISS.

Robert Fuchs has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ISS Switzerland and a member of the Executive Board since 2004. Prior to that, Robert Fuchs held various senior financial positions in a range of industries both in Switzerland and abroad. Among other things, he was responsible for successful transformation programs, profitability optimization, and sustainable growth. He studied business administration at a university of applied sciences and completed an executive education program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Olivia Oeschger has been with ISS Switzerland since 2025. As Director of People & Culture and a member of the Executive Board, she is responsible for the entire HR portfolio for over 14,000 employees. She brings over 20 years of extensive professional experience, including more than a decade in senior HR roles at international companies such as Zurich Insurance and FIFA. She is multilingual and specializes in talent development, change management, cultural transformation, and employer branding.

Jochen Ruf has been with ISS Switzerland since 2004 and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2019. As Managing Director for the Zurich region and all of Eastern Switzerland, including Liechtenstein, he is responsible for approximately 5,500 employees. He studied industrial engineering with a focus on facility management and holds an Executive MBA from both the University of Toronto and the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Martin Zubler has been with ISS Switzerland since 2014 and has been a member of the Executive Board since March 2022. As Managing Director for the Aargau, Basel, Bern, Central Switzerland, and Ticino regions, he is responsible for approximately 4,400 employees. He also leads the strategic Life Sciences and Health Care segments and, together with his highly specialized teams, serves numerous clients in the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare sector.

Christophe Favier Bosson joined ISS Switzerland in 1998. Since 2004, he has served as Managing Director for Western Switzerland and as a member of the Executive Board. He has played a key role in establishing ISS as the leading facility services provider in Western Switzerland. With over 3,600 employees, he oversees a major regional business unit and is committed to long-term customer partnerships and sustainable development.

David Macherel has been with ISS Switzerland since 2015 and has served as a member of the Executive Board in the role of Managing Director, Key Accounts, since 2020. Previously, he held leadership positions in corporate real estate within the financial sector. He brings extensive experience in the real estate and facility management sectors and holds an MSc in Management, Technology, and Economics (ETH Zurich) as well as a DAS in Banking (Swiss Finance Institute).

Anne Salvadori has been with ISS Switzerland since 2023. She began as Director of Life Sciences and, since 2025, has served as Director of Operations Performance and a member of the Executive Board. She brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate facilities and real estate management, portfolio and workplace strategies, ESG, and quality management. She holds a BA from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Salford.

Matthias Müller has been Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of ISS Switzerland and a member of the Executive Board since 2026. In this role, he is responsible for the commercial operations as well as the sustainable and profitable growth of ISS Switzerland. This includes, in particular, the further development of sales, the strengthening of key accounts, and the consistent alignment of the organization with customer needs and market potential. He brings with him many years of experience in the B2B service industry and in leading sales organizations.

Marco Stefanoni (Attorney at Law, LL.M.) has headed the Legal Department since 2015 and has served as a member of the Executive Board at ISS Switzerland since 2021. He has more than 30 years of experience in law firms and international companies and specializes in domestic and international corporate, contract, and employment law, as well as litigation and compliance.
