2. Review application materials

First, we'll review your resume, as well as your transcripts and diplomas. In your personal cover letter, you'll have the opportunity to highlight what particularly interests you about the position and why you decided to apply.

3. Acknowledgment of Receipt and Response

After you submit your application, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation of receipt via email. We will then review your documents together with the relevant manager. We’ll usually get back to you within two weeks. If it takes longer, we’ll send you a brief email to let you know. If you have any questions or would like to check the status of your application, please feel free to contact us at any time.

4. Getting to Know Each Other in Person

If your application materials impress us, we’ll invite you to a personal interview. Depending on the department, there will be one or two interviews. First Interview We’ll get to know each other, answer any initial questions, and give you a glimpse into your responsibilities, the team, and our day-to-day work. At the same time, we’d like to learn more about your experience and expectations. Second Interview If there’s mutual interest, we’ll go into more detail—covering the job requirements, how we’ll work together, and the terms of employment.

5. Acceptance and Start

It's important that we're both on board. Once all questions have been answered, we'll take a moment to reflect and give each other feedback. If everything works out for both of us, we'll go through the administrative steps leading up to your official start with us.
