ISS Switzerland provides technical services for buildings and infrastructure throughout Switzerland - ranging from HVAC and refrigeration to plumbing, electrical systems, doors, and gates, as well as hygiene inspections and incident management.
Our HVAC service ensures a comfortable indoor climate and the smooth operation of your systems. Regular maintenance, repairs, and a 24/7 emergency service guarantee optimal performance. All work is performed in accordance with VDMA 24186 and is fully documented.
We perform ventilation system cleaning in accordance with the provisions of DIN EN 15780. Using special cameras, we determine the cleaning requirements and the cleaning interval. During dry cleaning, we loosen dirt and dust with rotating brushes, vacuum up the loosened material, and dispose of the residues properly. Wet cleaning is used for grease deposits; we apply a special grease remover and wash away the loosened grease with high pressure. After cleaning, we prepare a condition report with before-and-after photos for your records.
To ensure the efficiency and reliability of your systems, regular inspection and maintenance are essential. Our services include leak tests, as well as the inspection and cleaning of evaporators, condensers, and other key components. We perform all work in accordance with the recognized VDMA 24186 guidelines and document it accordingly.
Through ongoing maintenance, we ensure clean drinking water and efficient hot water production. We inspect pipes, fixtures, and drains for proper function, contamination, and wear. If necessary, we replace defective parts promptly. Our services also include leak detection, water damage repair, and draining and cleaning the domestic hot water heater. Our staff remove limescale deposits and inspect the sacrificial anode and the Legionella prevention system.
Our hygiene inspections in accordance with SWKI VA104-1 ensure air quality in HVAC systems and the rooms they serve. We use state-of-the-art technology to verify compliance with safety standards. In addition, our staff measure air quality for mold and total microbial count. We analyze the technical condition of the systems as well as the cleanliness of the building services and summarize the results for you in a detailed report.

We not only install and commission electrical systems, but also inspect and clean switchgear and distribution panels. Using thermographic measurements, our qualified staff identifies vulnerabilities in electrical systems without the need to de-energize them.
