The contract covers four key locations in Switzerland and will begin in the second quarter of 2026. ISS will be directly contracted by the client and will serve as a strategic partner for integrated facility management solutions.

Comprehensive Service Catalog

The scope of services includes a broad portfolio of technical services, including maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), building inspections, and preventive and corrective maintenance. This is complemented by infrastructure services such as GMP-regulated and non-regulated cleaning, grounds and green space maintenance - including winter services - logistics and mail services, as well as workplace and laboratory support services. The integrated service model also includes a central customer help desk, on-site facility coordination as a single point of contact, and IFM management. In this way, ISS ensures an efficient, secure, and clearly structured service organization - even in highly regulated life sciences environments with the highest standards for quality and compliance.

Major Success for ISS

André Nauer, CEO of ISS Switzerland, views this contract as an important milestone for the company: “The contract underscores our position as a leading partner for integrated facility services in the life sciences sector. With technically sophisticated services, clear processes, and the immediate proximity of our on-site teams, we enable our client to focus consistently on its core business.”

With this contract, ISS Switzerland strengthens its market leadership in integrated facility services for the life sciences sector and further expands its role as a strategic partner for demanding, regulated client environments.
