Olivia Oeschger is to become Director of People & Culture at ISS Switzerland

ISS Switzerland has brought HR expert Olivia Oeschger on board. From 1 October 2025, she will take on the role of Director of People & Culture and become a member of the Executive Board. With this experienced leader on board, ISS aims to set the course for the targeted further expansion of its already strong position as a modern, high-performing and visibly attractive employer.

Olivia Oeschger brings more than 20 years of extensive professional experience, including more than a decade in senior HR roles at international companies such as Zurich Insurance and FIFA. Most recently, as Director of P&C and a member of the Executive Board at the FIFA Museum, she was responsible for the entire employee lifecycle and led key projects focused on cultural transformation, the digitization of HR processes, and the development of talent, performance, and communication.

Her role will focus, among other things, on optimizing the recruitment process, reducing turnover and absenteeism, strategically expanding employer branding, and further developing training and professional development programs. Olivia Oeschger and her team will take a data-driven approach and leverage existing KPI insights to actively shape the development of ISS Switzerland.
