From Sensor to Service Request
The Smart Hospitality App brings together technology, service quality, and user needs. At the heart of the application is data collection via sensors on doors, air quality monitors, or devices such as fire extinguishers and defibrillators. As soon as a defined threshold is reached - for example, 100 door openings in a restroom facility - the system automatically generates a service order. This order, along with the specific location and task description, is sent directly to the mobile devices of the on-site employees, the “Smart Stewards.” The task can be completed immediately. Upon completion, the service is digitally documented in the system, including a timestamp and proof of service. The result: a high-quality, transparent, and standardized process.
Customizable Services
In addition to automated triggers, services can also be requested manually. Users can initiate service requests via QR codes or service buttons directly from their work environment. These requests are integrated into the process and take into account location, service level, and priority. In this way, companies define their customizable services, thereby increasing response speed, service quality, and employee satisfaction.
