As early as the planning phase, ten key performance indicators (KPIs) were established, which formed the basis for a successful implementation. These KPIs defined both the contractual and project objectives and ensured a targeted implementation. A hospital is a dynamic environment where adaptability and proactive action are essential. Successful Integration and Team Motivation
The transfer of 43 employees from the previous facility management provider was a crucial step for ensuring continuity and service quality. At the start of the project, a group morning snack, along with other activities throughout the project, provided opportunities to build a strong sense of team spirit. On-site Support and Skill Development
To provide the new team with optimal support, over 40 experienced ISS specialists were deployed on-site on a daily basis. Their task: to familiarize employees step by step with the specific requirements of St. Clara Hospital and to ensure that all guidelines were implemented precisely.
