Interesting fact: The Bantiger transmission tower can be rented for private events.

“I’m responsible for various buildings. On Wednesdays, it’s always the Bantiger’s turn. I always look forward to it. Here, I get some fresh air and can take my mind off things. Another great thing is that I can watch the city of Bern change.”

Vulcano
Height: 402 m above sea level
Tower height: 80 meters
Services: Specialized and exterior cleaning, building management, building systems maintenance
Interesting fact: The facades of the three Vulcano Towers are cleaned twice a year. Ideally, Joel Moreira and his team need two months to complete the major cleaning, including the blinds. If only the windows are being cleaned, the job takes about five weeks.

Tertianum Schibistei

Interesting fact: The Tertianum Schibistei residential and care center has a small on-site petting zoo with chickens and goats. This helps residents with dementia.

Services: Building systems maintenance, routine cleaning, property management
Interesting fact: We had to develop a unique safety concept here because trains carrying chlorine run very close by. Chlorine is toxic and can be deadly. Our concept protects the employees at Lancy-Pont-Rouge.
