Out of the office chair, into ISS workwear – and off we go: at Company Day 2025, over 50 ISS staff members from German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland spent a day working on the front line. Whether in cleaning, technical services or at reception – everywhere, they gained insights, had conversations and worked together to get things done.
The aim of the day: to experience the work of colleagues, foster understanding and get to know ISS from a different perspective.
‘Coming together is a beginning – sticking together is progress – working together is success. My visit to the North/South region was absolutely brilliant; thank you very much for this wonderful insight and for giving me the opportunity to come.’
‘Once again, many thanks to Mourad Boukhari, Facility Services Manager in Lausanne, and the whole team for their warm welcome and exemplary organisation.’
“These insights have shown me once again just how vital and valuable this work is – for people, for the system, for all of us.”
“It was a pleasure to see the dedication, flexibility and teamwork with which you tackle your daily challenges! For me, it was
a truly special day that I will no doubt cherish forever. And a special thank you to Frédéric Rothra, Head of Logistics Services, Basel: your innovative spirit, solution- and customer-focused approach, combined with great humanity and dedication to your team, is unique – and a difficult balance to strike in the challenging FM environment.”
“A sensational experience that has once again made it clear to me just how important well-functioning teams, experience and professional expertise are in facility management, and what my colleagues do for our customers day in, day out. We create real added value!”
“Marek Petrus, Property Manager at the FFB Group in Volketswil, organised the Company Day very well, and I was really able to take a look behind the scenes and see for myself who the people are who do such impressive work behind the scenes every day. In my opinion, everyone in the office should experience
the operations first-hand at least once. After all, it is they who, as valuable members of staff, represent our company to our clients.”
